I'm currently running Vista RC1. I went the big way and did a full upgrade of my XP machine, since I'll have to work with Vista in the next months. Today, I had a very disturbing error message. RssBandit started to act crazy, so I nuked it. The system went unresponsive for 30 seconds or so. Then everything came back to normal, but there was this message waiting for me:
Hun? Everything seems fine here! My Aero glass effect is there. Moving, minimizing and restoring windows does the nice animation. Looking at the Task Manager, DWM.EXE seems to use some CPU normally. Can I please cancel this request a little and see?
I tried closing this window with the red X. It seems it didn't restart DWM after all, and I was informed of this:
