I'm beta testing Windows Live OneCare 2, and this morning, the automatic update failed, with a message redirecting me to this web page:

Verify that you can connect to the Internet

Hello? Who's telling me this? A web page!!! If you decide to move your help and documentation online, at least tell your technical writers about it!
