    slimLAUNCH features...

Close the slimLAUNCH window when it is out of focus, after a delay.

Dock it to the screen edges.

After typing in your search keyword, be able to scroll the list with page-up and page-down.

Another feature I would like to see is prioritizing saved keywords.
    For example:
If I launch UltraVNC with the key-combination VNC the first time and the second time tries to launch it with only the letter V, it should show a sorted list, with that combination, of the saved keywords before the rest.

Closing the slimLAUNCH window when deactivated: I'll probably so it. Are others against that?

Docking: A nice to have, but not yet a priority.

Page-Up, Page-Down: Already implemented for next release, with Ctrl-Page-Up and Ctrl-Page-Down.

I could give some "points" for incomplete but matching "last command". What do others think about that?

    What exactly do you mean?

    Re: slimLAUNCH features...

If you launch Outlook using "out", only when you will have fully typed "out" will this entry appear at the beginning. After typing "ou", it won't necessarily be above others. Why? Because each entry is attributed points based on how well the typed command matches with their name, and many extra points if the last command typed exactly matches the currently typed command.

The suggestion is to also add extra points when the beginning of the last command is the same as  the currently typed command. In my example, after typing "ou", Outlook would probably be first, or at least higher than expected, if it was previously launched with "out".

But simply explaining this to you convinces me it does not make sense. This would create problems when training slimKEYS with new programs. For the moment, I'll stick with extra points on exact matches only.

    Re: slimLAUNCH features...

I see... But I like the way it works right now, and i don't think there's a need for that. If Outlook was launched with "out", and then I type "ou" it's still fairly high in the list, and if not, I can still look for it, or just get used to typing "out". One letter doesn't make a big difference.

You got a pretty cool algorithm. I love it how "pnt" can launch Paint, and "cord" can launch "Microsoft Word", haha.
