I think it would be a good idea to include an optional description panel in slimLAUNCH, that shows the full path for the file/folder that is highlighted in the list. This suggestion comes from situations like this:
If a details panel is too much, just replacing the "File Folder in Blah" with: "File Folder in C:\Documents and Settings" or "File Folder in ...\Application Data\Temp" (for longer pathnames) would help a lot in telling two folders with the same name apart.
